Education around the merits of healthy, green, and sustainable living practices and dwellings can be, well, a very healthy thing. That’s the mantra of Green For A Reason, a program founded by cancer survivor Catherine O’Toole that brings consumers together with suppliers, architects, and building professionals dedicated to delivering on the promise of healthier and greener living.
In this 5-minute video—produced from an hour-long workshop O’Toole hosted at a Whole Foods Market in Austin, Texas, on April 16, 2016—learn about the mission of Green For A Reason and hear about several of the green suppliers and companies they are working with. This is but a small vignette of the excellent work O’Toole and her team are doing to inform consumers about making better decisions around positively impacting their current and future dwellings.
